O God
Who has called us
To assist at Your Holy Altar;
Sanctify us, we beseech You,
By Your Holy Spirit, day by day,
That we may worthily fulfil this ministry
To the honour and glory of Your name
And for the welfare of Your Holy Church:
Through Jesus Christ our Lord.
